Which tool do you need?

If you run a walk-up open mic, start with the printable sign-up sheet. Type your night's name and date at the top, print it, and put it on a clipboard by the door or the bar. Performers write their name, what they do and how long they need, and you tick them off as they go up.

Before the show, use the set time calculator to work out how long each act can have. Enter how long the show runs, how many people are on the list, and how much time you need for hosting and changeovers. It gives you a fair set length and a running order with clock times you can print or read off your phone.

Running a slam? The poetry slam score sheet handles five judges, drops the high and low score, applies time penalties and keeps a running total across rounds. Print it blank for your scorekeeper, or fill it in on a laptop and let it do the math.

All three tools are free to use as often as you like.

Want the whole night off paper?

MicSheet gives you a live sign-up link for each night. Performers claim a slot from their phone, a waitlist fills in when the list is full, and you can check people in, add walk-ins and reorder the lineup from your phone. Slot times calculate themselves.
